Position Summary
The Office Manager is a key operational role at ADKtechs, responsible for keeping the business running smoothly day to day. This position supports leadership, staff, vendors, and clients by managing office operations, coordinating administrative and financial tasks, and helping maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming workplace. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable supporting both business operations and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Operations
- Manage daily office operations to ensure an efficient, professional environment
- Coordinate with the cleaning vendor and other office service providers
- Order and maintain office supplies, including soda, water, and kitchen essentials
- Set up team lunches, meetings, and internal events
- Assist with planning and organizing company events and activities
Financial & Administrative Support
- Support bookkeeping activities, including data entry and basic reconciliation
- Manage client billing and invoicing in coordination with leadership
- Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Communication & Collaboration
- Support internal communications across departments
- Assist with client communications as needed
- Work closely with the President/CEO and department leaders to support company operations and initiatives
- Act as a reliable point of contact for vendors and partners
Culture & Employee Experience
- Coordinate holiday and birthday gifts for employees’ families
- Support employee engagement and culture‑focused initiatives
- Help reinforce ADKtechs’ values through professionalism, organization, and follow‑through
Qualifications
- Experience in an Office Manager, Administrative, or similar role (MSP or professional services experience a plus)
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping, billing, and payroll processes
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and standard office tools
- Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion
