PROS: Everyone here is hard working, great personality, and care about each other. They have benefits like 2 weeks PTO right away, employee bonding events, even a 5 year employment paid vacation! I loved everyone I worked with, but you definitely will be working. CONS: You likely will be subject to some long hours. The benefits at the time of my employment pertaining to health care were lack luster but I heard they were looking to improve. ADVICE: Keep your workforce happy and continue showering them with positive feedback.

PROS: Opportunities for career growth on both the service and sales side of the company. On site and off site training is provided and encouraged. CEO actively promotes a family friendly work culture and is responsive to suggestions from employees. CONS: No retirement plan offered at this time- possibility of one being offered in the future. ADVICE: Make sure that communication continues to be proactive rather than reactive. Clearly define expectations and provide changes in writing.
